Sun and Surf, Aguadilla – Porta Del Sol – Puerto Rico

Aguadilla is known as “the Garden of the Atlantic” referring to the colorful sponges and marine life prevalent in this area.

The Sun and Surf Chalet was built around 5 years ago and is situated on route 111 in the old, historic part of downtown Aguadilla not far from where Christopher Columbus first came ashore in Puerto Rico in 1493.

Situated in an elevated position overlooking beautiful Aguadilla Bay and Desecheo Island on the North West Coast of Puerto Rico the chalet has three balconies are available to guests to enjoy the amazing view. Due to the elevated location of the chalet it is necessary to climb stairs and/or a ramp to reach the chalet which would not be suitable for those with a physical handicap or for elderly guests.

The Chalet is a perfect base for Surfers – just minutes away from Crash Boat Beach and a short drive from Rincon or the world class North Coast surfing hot spots.
